Welcome to Ms. Gonzalez’s Graphic Design CTE Program!
Hi, I’m Ms. Gonzalez! I’m proud to teach at Nava College Preparatory Academy campus—on the same campus where I discovered my passion for graphic design. Growing up in this community and now teaching here is my way of giving back and inspiring the next generation of creatives. I bring nearly 20 years of professional experience in graphic design to my classroom, equipping my students with industry-relevant knowledge, techniques, and real-world insights. My journey began in high school, where I developed my technical skills, and I’m thrilled to share that same passion for design with my students through the Career Technical Education (CTE) program.
What is Career Technical Education (CTE)?
Career Technical Education (CTE) bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world skills. It equips students with the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed for college and careers. CTE programs benefit our community by creating a pipeline of skilled professionals who contribute to local industries, including graphic design. Students gain access to certifications, internships, and industry-relevant tools, preparing them for success in creative fields.
