2/25 & 2/26: Parent Conferences / Conferencias de Padres

Parent Conferences will be on Tuesday, February 25th from 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday, February 26th from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Conferences will be IN PERSON. Families must REGISTER ONLINE.

ALERT

"NO CELL PHONE POLICY"

NCPA will start the district's "NO CELL PHONE POLICY" on Wednesday, January 15, 2025! All students are expected to bring their Yondr pouch daily. All electronics will be placed in the pouch and locked during the school day.

UCLA Clubs on Campus

Knights, don't forget about the amazing clubs we have on campus! You can join at any point of the semester, just make sure to discuss any requirements with the club sponsor.

1/30 - 2/26: Chick-Fil-A Fundraiser

Support your Senior Class during their Chick-Fil-A fundraiser from 1/30 - 2/26. You can pre-order with Ms. Tambunan in P8 or with Mr. Cedillo in room 163. The meal is $15 and includes 1 chicken sandwich, 2 bags of chips, 2 cookies and 1 drink. Meals will be distributed on Thursday, 2/27.

2/21: Spirit Day - College Fridays

Nava Knights, make sure to represent a college/university of your choice by wearing your favorite shirt/sweater every Friday!

2/22: Cash for College Financial Aid Worksop

Our next Saturday College Workshop is on February 22nd! Register today to receive support with financial aid and college applications. See Ms. Prado in room 163 if you have any questions.

2/22: GEAR-UP Financial Aid Workshops

2/25: Modified Bell Schedule

NCPA will be following a modified bell schedule on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 for day 1 of parent conferences. Classes begin at 9:45 a.m. Dismissal is at 3:30 p.m.

3/01: FAFSA/CADAA Super Saturday

Need help starting, submitting, or completing your FAFSA/CADAA application? Join all 42 high schools in region east (including NCPA) for SUPER SATURDAY on March 1, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

2024-2025 Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy and Compact is now available

The 2024-2025 Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy and School Parent Compact is now available on the school's website. Parents may also request a hard copy in the Welcome Center.

REMINDER: Winter Dress Code

Nava winter gear is available with Mr. Cedillo in room 163 every Tuesday and Thursday! Students can also wear their own jackets, sweaters and beanies in a solid black color (no stripes, no designs, no logos) or their TJHS athlete sweaters. Only NCPA or Jeff logos are allowed.

Show pride in yourself and your community by wearing your school uniform. NCPA polos can be purchased at Carrusel. P.E. uniforms and other Nava gear can be purchased on campus.

Ball Check-Out (Lunch)

Check out available sports equipment during lunch with Mr. Cedillo on Tuesdays & Thursdays in room 163. You MUST have your student ID!
