Join the California Hospital Medical Center for the Heart HELP program. This is a FREE program to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle. Workshop topics: 

  • Getting to know your heart
  • Achieving a healthy weight
  • Heart-healthy meals
  • Food label reading 
  • Eating out
